Yeah, so I'm a really lucky guy.... One day I'm sitting at work, it's a fairly normal day, a new mail notification pops up so I check it out. It's one of my best mates – he's been down south sailing about for years, in fact we only tend to see him these days in the summer and only then for a couple of days – the emails says "We need a cook and crew on the yacht for 2 months, it'll be hard work but lots of fun. Do you fancy it, we can pay for your flights?"

Three days later I was on a plane to Ushuaia in Tierra del Fuego. I stayed onboard for 18 months.
